“Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The property looks okay from the outside, and the backyard/deck was nice for the kids, but the inside was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There were cobwebs throughout the house, including the bedrooms, dust everywhere, dirty floors, sticky kitchen appliances, stained bathrooms with mold, and old towels. The sofas and recliners were broken. The bedsheets and mattresses did not appear clean, and because we had children with us, we had to wash the bedding ourselves. We were also charged an extra cleaning fee, but the condition of the house did not reflect that any proper cleaning had been done. Check-in/check-out flexibility was also not accommodated, with cleaning being given as the reason, which was difficult to understand given the state of the property. Overall, this is not a place I would recommend for families with children. The backyard and deck were the only positives, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the house need”
