“Excellent place. Fantastic location and townhouse. Extremely clean and comfortable. You won't find anything better along the coast. Plenty of fish in the lake and very close to the beach. I loved the comfortable beds and couch. Thank you for a great place for us to stay at.”

“We had a mini family reunion and stayed very comfortably at the home - 8 adults, two babies and two dogs (14 guest and two pet max). It was a great house, with plenty of room, ample sleeping arrangements, lots of convenient and well-thought-out features and furnishings. The extra design details were amazing, even the salmon carved in the end of the upper floor beam was fun and attractive – all these little special things added to the overall fun and wonder. It was a quiet and private location. This house was way better than a hotel or any other options that we considered. The host was very responsive, thoughtful, patient and communicated very well, very clearly and quickly -- before the stay and during. The parking was good and easy, with room for all our vehicles. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, with a short, easy walk on a well-maintained, attractive path. The beach was quiet and with very few other people. This property, host, and our stay, far exceeded our expectations.”

“What an awesome spot for a family vacation, perfect for kids and adults alike. The home itself is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. The location is right on the beach and minutes from downtown. The main point of contact was responsive and directions were clear and simple. We are already planning a return trip.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect for exploring the Oregon coast, with easy drives to Cannon Beach and the surrounding towns. We especially loved being right on the lake and having access to the kayaks. It was such a peaceful way to spend an afternoon. The townhouse was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners during our stay. Check-in was simple, and the directions were easy to follow. The only minor things we noticed were that the downstairs shower is a little cramped, and the upstairs bedroom could use a fan since it got a bit warm at times. Opening the window helped, though, and it certainly didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!”

“We had a wonderful, somewhat last minute July 4th weekend in Rockaway Beach. The townhouse is lovely on a quiet little lake. It’s just across the street, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Even on a crazy holiday weekend, we found quiet and serenity. Communications were good and the home was exactly as advertised. Fairly made special efforts to get us a new grill for our planned July 4th BBQ.”
