“This place was okay for the price we paid. The bedroom windows face a busy highway, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise. However, the living room offers a beautiful ocean view, and we enjoyed the soothing sound of the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets. The place was clean overall, although the living room carpet had quite a few stains. There is also a good restaurant, Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill, just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.”

“Nice view out the back patio when weather is clear. Clean and comfortable place. Down side is no washer and dryer at the facility. Parking is also pretty tricky, not much room to park in the covered area.”

“The only issue we had was minor with the cool weather. The A/C did not work. There was a fan that was only big enough to circulate air. Couldn't even feel it from the bed. With the cool weather, it was comfortable enough to sleep. Other then that, it is and was a great place to stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again next time we are in town.”

“The location and ocean view were definitely the highlights of our stay. Being right on the beach was wonderful, and we really enjoyed that aspect of the experience. Unfortunately, the condo itself was very dated and not nearly as clean as we expected. The carpet actually turned the bottoms of our feet brown, which was disappointing. I spilled water in kitchen and towel was brown when wiping up (photos)I understand this is a condo-style property, and perhaps I had different expectations, but the overall condition and cleanliness were an issue. I also noticed the host's responses to previous reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns, stating that other guests hadn't reported similar issues. I respectfully want to share that, in our experience, the cleanliness concerns were absolutely valid. We enjoyed the location and view, but with a thorough cleaning and some updating, this could be a much nicer place to stay.”

“Decent space with great view, kitchen and onsite management/service (laundry for fresh towels, front desk helpful). However, the couch was uncomfortable, and TV was small and at a high angle. Kitchen supplies were minimal (only tiny bowls no cereal bowls). We had construction noise nearly every day from building next door (<20 feet away) during our stay. Host did not inform us of this (had obviously been going on quite a while) and only replied that it was out of their control. Guests in condo below persisted in smoking making it hard to stay on the balcony and tended to waft into our condo if the door/window was left open. The weather was nice but a bit disappointed not being able to use the balcony without noise and smoking fumes.”
