“The location is amazing. The home is peaceful and quiet even though it backed up to an RV park, it had no impact. Overall the home was well stocked. We had most everything we needed, however the kitchen could use some basic kitchen supplies, spices, foil, etc. Lisa was so responsive to our messages and when we had an issue with the hot tub she had a tech over to address it in 15 minutes! One thing we loved about the location was that the easy access to the beach right down at the end of the street. Five minutes of walking and your running your toes through the sand. We would consider staying here or at another of the home she manages in this same neighborhood in the future.”

“This was a lovely, clean, house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with a short walk right to the beach!! But, don't be like me. Read ALL of the fine print before making a reservation. I booked this for my 85+ parents and their two friends. 4 people staying there, right? Wrong. I found out that if I wanted to VISIT or help them, that it would cause a cancellation and NO refund. Lisa explained since only 4 people were listed, only 4 were allowed. Lisa adjusted our numbers to 6 thankfully, and told us there is a county ruling to protect rental properties from "party crashers". So, please keep in mind the max number of your guests, whether they are staying there or just coming over for dinner. Also, there is a off-site deposit fee of $350 and a rental agreement to sign. I did not see this at the time of booking. I asked Airbnb about this, and they told me it was against policy. Then later they said it was ok. Very conflicting information. The stay however was very comfortable!”

“This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The home was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and very well taken care of. Lots of space and a great third level with a fun space to play cards or play foosball. This place is worth your money.”
