“The residence is in pristine condition with new accommodations. We had all the comforts of home that made staying here very pleasant & convenient. The location is so close to Asheville City proper, which made staying here a real time saver. The view of the river and park from the balcony will be wonderful at some point. There is currently a lot of construction in the park; however, this is not close enough to be an eyesore or disturbance. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“Great location. Seems like everything was only 10-15 minutes away. Brewery that was smoking brisket right down the mountain. House was very very clean. Would definitely recommend to others that need a solid home base for the Asheville region”

“Location was nice because it was 10 minutes from everything, but not the nicest area. Very minimally decorated. Bare walls, no rugs or carpets, no curtains, made it echo. Lots of road notice. Biggest issue for me was the door in the middle of the living room that led to a different unit. It felt like we had another family in the next room. We could them clearly and I'm sure they heard us. Also didn't feel very secure/private. Lastly, the only grass area is at a steep incline which made it difficult to take the dog out. Not very pet friendly. It was brand new and clean, and the location was central to everything, so not all bad...but we felt it was severely overpriced.”
