“I cannot say enough good things about our stay at JoJo's Jewel! It was a wonderful stay in a prime location. This was our first trip to Wilmington and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The rental was cozy and clean, and it was perfect for 2 guests. We had to reach out to Wilmington Vacation Homes several times leading up to our trip with various questions, and they always responded within minutes. They were always super kind and helpful. If we ever return to this charming little city on the river, we will definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent place for a couple in DT Wilmington. Location was perfect to access anything. Tons of options steps away. The place was clean, had a comfortable bed, great water pressure, and had a thoughtful welcome basket. Check out was the best. You just leave. You do not see that in an Airbnb these days. There are usually very specific cleaning procedures even though you are paying a cleaning fee. Would stay again and highly recommended. Just had to be ok with stairs. There’s a decent sized staircase to climb, but you see that a lot in DT Wilmington. Wasn’t an issue for us.”

“We stayed at the cozy blue bungalow for a girls trip, there were three of us and it was wonderful. The host was responsive and proactive in the communication. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We were close enough to the River Front to walk if we wanted, although I wouldn’t suggest the walk back in the dark. There were so many options for great food and things to do. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!”
