“The hotel is beautiful and the grounds have many different meeting areas for guests to gather. I will say that the room rate looked especially good on Airbnb because the tax due ( in our case was $31.15) Is collected by the hotel when you check in. Also there is no free parking - you can valet for $20 if you can’t get a metered spot in the street. But overall this boutique is lovely and has its own restaurant as well as an awesome Italian restaurant right across the street.”

“What a beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of Wilmingtons waterfront district with so much to do within walking distance. The room was well appointed, comfortable, clean, and very accommodating! The property had lots of fire pits and fireplaces to relax outside in rockers and a beautiful restaurant and gazebo bar on sight. The appetizers I got from the restaurant were outstanding as well as the service and friendliness of the staff! I highly recommend this Airbnb venue!”
