“We absolutely loved our stay! This house had everything we needed and more! Pool toys, fishing poles, inflatables, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels, fans for each room, cooler, pack n play. We could have just packed clothes for the week! The pool water was the perfect temperature. Loved having the hot tub as an option too! Best part was the golf cart. We used it endlessly with 6 people in our family. It made going to and from the beach quick and easy plus kept the sand out of our car. Our kids are already asking to go back to the same house next year and we just left! So thankful for the best week at OKI! Not a drop of rain.”

“We were looking for a different beach to stay and Oak Island has always been recommended. With our children getting older, a hotel room wasn’t cutting it anymore and we needed something bigger. We came across this house and knew right away we had to book it. Everything is thought out for any type of situation. They have plenty of items for the beach and for the pool. You really don’t have to bring anything but your clothes. The pool, hot tub and golf cart were our favorite parts of the house. We truly enjoyed our short stay, but will definitely be booking this house again!”

“The house was great and the family and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful sunsets and a great view from the back porch. We take our boat on virtually every vacation up and down the east coast, so we only rent houses with either a boat slip or dock. I do think it's important to mention in the listing that there is not a floating dock and the boat lift is unusable within 3 hours (at least) of low tide. We typically fish in the mornings and do a sunset cruise in the evenings but given the tide cycle that was not possible for most of the days we were there. If you're out on the boat and get back at the wrong time, there is not even a place to tie off so you're stuck on the boat. We only found out about the dock issue after we rented which was non-refundable.”
