“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and well decorated. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, thoughtful touches, and comfortable beds. The fire pit, bikes, and outdoor games were a nice addition. The location itself was very convenient as you can walk to the downtown area. We also loved watching the train go by! The home itself is historic and unfortunately we had a situation with the flooring. A temporary fix of plywood and rugs was put in place, with the intent to have a technician come to repair the floor while we were there. We made sure to be ready for them twice, but the repair was not completed and we had to be extra mindful of where we walked for the duration our stay. When communicating with the owner, the responses were quick, but generic at times. While they did give us a small refund, there was no further communication and it would have been to have a more thorough response regarding our experience. Once floors are addressed, we highly recommend!”
