“This charming little cottage was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious waterfront deck. Corey was a wonderful host, and we will definitely stay here again.”

“The house was perfect for our group of six adults and one toddler. It’s spacious, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed (laundry room, well-stocked kitchen, easy lake access) to enjoy ourselves. One thing we were not prepared for was the winding drive on a very narrow and steep road to get to the house. This seemed pretty standard for all the houses on Lake Lure, but worth keeping in mind if you aren’t comfortable driving on tight and winding roads, especially at night. Overall we loved spending time on the deck, swimming in the lake, and having meals in the screened-in outdoor dining room. We highly recommend renting a pontoon boat from Lake Lure Adventure Co, as suggested by the host.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Corey’s place. The house was clean, well-equipped, and the AC worked great. The location was fantastic—right on the water and close to restaurants and major attractions. We also loved having such a huge deck to relax on. We had a great time overall, though there are a few maintenance items around the property that, if addressed, would make the experience perfect.”

“Super dock house on Lake lure. The cove where it located is great for swimming--it is very quiet without boat traffic which made it ideal for swimming. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The docks and roof top deck were so fun with great seating options. The communication with Corey was excellent. I am so appreciative of rapid communication with hosts!”
