“Katie was a phenomenal host during our beach stay! We unfortunately experienced some HVAC issues, but the property owner has already committed to replacing the entire system very soon. What truly set Katie apart was how she handled it. Being the amazing host she is, she immediately brought in supplemental AC units to keep my family cool and refunded us for a couple of nights. Katie was incredibly responsive. Reflecting on all my years using Airbnb, she is hands down the best host I have ever worked with. The property itself is in an amazing location right near a beach access point, offering plenty of outdoor space and room to breathe, along with highly comfortable bedrooms and living areas.”
