Spinnaker's Reach Realty reviews in Emerald Isle, North Carolina

“Overall, the house was fantastic: great location, beautiful views from the decks, and very spacious. The negatives relate to the management themselves. For the price we paid, we should not have to deal with the items listed below: 1. Requested an early check-in the day before and never got a response until an hour before check-in, and they still never answered my early check-in request. 2. When we arrived 10 minutes AFTER check-in at 4pm, the cleaning/management crew was still there finishing up. 3. A repair person showed up the first evening to repair the AC while we were there. 4. Sand was all over the kitchen counters; I had to wipe them down. 5. There were no bags in the trash cans; I had to put them in. 6. The pool was still somewhat dirty and had leaves in it. 7. The golf cart had extremely bald and worn tires that were not safe, and in fact one tire exploded on us while we were driving it.”
