“Lakefront Living was a perfect rental for our group of eight adults. Five bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room, dining area, and game room with extra refrigerator. Outside, everyone enjoyed the large deck with a great view of the lake, the fenced yard for the dogs, the fire pit, the boat dock with a large gazebo, and a bonus gas fire pit table on the deck. The host was exceptional in responding to us quickly whenever we had a question or concern. Note that the two queen bedrooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom with pocket doors in between the two rooms.”

“Beautiful home! We packed with house with kids and adults for a long family weekend and there was still plenty of room for all of us to lounge comfortably. Views were spectacular. Our hosts were super patient with us (accidentally set the smoke detector off twice 😳) , and were very quick to reach out to ensure or safety and wellbeing. We were their first priority. Can’t wait to return (and we promise to be better cooks by then!😂).”

“We had a wonderful stay. The police was more than what they described, it was awesome. The home is beautiful. The decor spectacular. The view was out of this world. The fishing was great. In the evenings gave won games and Fellowship. I simply can’t say enough about how wonderful our day was. Thank you southern charms! I will definitely be back again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !! The house was immaculate upon checking in. It was not lacking for essentials, especially the kitchen that was fully stocked. As the week went by, a few questions arose. The host was very quick to reply. Having rented many Arbnb's over the years, we were pleasantly surprised as to the size of the home. Wide angle lenses typically make properties appear larger in terms of room size. That surely wasn't the case here. The house is more spacious than even the pictures suggest ! We had ample space for 6 adults, 6 children and two pets. The location was perfect. Although we had a boat for the week, the pool was a nice change of pace as well. We give Lake Effects a 6, on the scale of 1-5.”

Host stocked the home with everything you could possibly need; short of groceries. Host is responsive in terms of seconds, not hours. No doubt we will definitely be back.”
