“Our family had a reunion weekend here and had the most magical time. The lodge and cabins are beautiful, the views are incredible, and it is so peaceful. Candace, the property manager, has been so helpful and accommodating - going out of her way to make sure our stay was great. The owners were also incredibly accommodating and helpful! Our stay was perfect, and so so valuable. It rained over 5 inches and we still had the best time, playing games and spending time together in the library and in the Lodge. The property has everything you could need. Thank you for having our family. We were in awe the whole weekend!!! I cannot recommend this property more!”

“We rented the three cabins for a family trip and it was wonderful. The kids loved it, and want to go back again. Everyone was sad to go. We did two hikes off the Blue Ridge Parkway, which is about 10 minutes away. The boys explored the creek, went fishing (nothing caught), and we had large family meals. We had perfect weather throughout, and so were able to thoroughly enjoy our time there. Will definitely come back.”

“My family and I had an incredible stay! The property grounds are expansive with so many things to enjoy. From walking the river, to the private pond, and the library adjacent to the main lodge, we never ran out of things to do. The main lodge is beautiful with top of the line appliances and fresh linen and towels for the entire group. The lodge was incredibly clean; we couldn't get over it. The space fit perfectly for our family and our kids loved everything about the stay. It was the perfect mountain getaway and we have already discussed plans to return. Thank you!!”

“This place is beautiful! From the river to the design touches in the cabin. We enjoyed the screened patio and the game room in the lost library. It is also located near lots of hiking and fishing areas. It was perfect for the weekend and we hope to come back!”
