“We had a great long weekend at the Johnson St. cottage despite a full day of rain from hurricane remnants. The house is 1 block off Main Street, with lots of shopping and great restaurants. We found the house to be comfortable, clean and well-equipped for 2 adults, 2 tweens and a dog. White Squirrel Realty responded quickly to any questions. We all enjoyed Brevard and even saw several white squirrels while walking around once the rain stopped! We would love to stay here again.”

“The pool table has seen some better days. The foosball table was broken to the point where it was not usable. The TV in the downstairs bedroom would not work and was missing a remote. I can tell that the owners are fighting the humidity in the downstairs area. We ran into the common issue that most places we stay have—not enough wash rags for our stay, but we came prepared with our own. Why do places only give you one wash cloth per person regardless of the length of stay? The hosts were very responsive to our questions about the home beforehand. The home itself was absolutely beautiful. One of our criteria when searching for a place was that there needed to be plenty of sitting areas and enough room around the kitchen table as we planned to just visit and be together. This home provided the perfect place for that—with plenty of bed space too for our families! We loved the fire pit! We did have to wipe down the outdoor table and chairs before we could use them. Great overall!”
