“This home and property were so beautiful. We stayed here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. The host is super responsive and the family who owns the house are so so kind. We ran into them a few times and they were such sweet people. If we visit Asheville again this will have to be a top contender. “The setting, the landscaping, the construction of the house were really sublime. From hummingbirds to butterflies, to deer and bunnies it was like a Hans Christian Anderson tale. The linens and towels were also quite lovely, as were the walk in showers for my 90 plus year old parents. The kitchen had everything we needed and ate every meal at home. Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“This place is amazing!! Exactly as described and like the pictures. Christy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location is gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful — we even had a few bear sightings during our visit! The home and garden have been impeccably maintained. The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved staying here, and we plan to stay again when we’re back in town. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!”

“We stayed here for a 50th birthday along with our annual girl’s trip. I am so glad we chose to stay here. The house is stunning. It’s beautiful, so clean, had everything we needed, was so fresh and detailed and smells like it’s new. I didn’t watch TV once and sat on the porch whenever we were there. The landscaping is gorgeous and you can hear the stream. There’s also a turkey that walks by each day and quite a bit of other wildlife…owls, birds, bears. Thank you so much for hosting us, checking in on us, sending us reminders, and being an awesome host! We will be back for sure. We may add this to our tradition. Amazing!”

“Barbara and Charles’ home was beautiful, and cozy. This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The outdoor space and landscaping were incredible with the wonderful plantings, numerous butterflies and wildlife, and the sound of the stream running through the property. The home felt totally secluded but was a quick drive to town with its wonderful shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Black Mountain.”
