A1 Property Management in North Carolina

“Due to an unexpected issue with our first choice we were relocated. The replacement was sold to us as upgrade but several things were a downgrade- distance to beach access with a toddler, distance to boardwalk, loss of the King master, loss of attached bathroom for the other couple, no beach wagon. The downstairs patio door does not lock and has a stick to hold it. Our outdoor shower didn't work but they were very responsive and sent someone out. The home was acceptably clean all except for powder residue on the dishes from the detergent. We had everything we needed except not enough towels for 7 guests for a week stay. The grill was nice, but we used foil on it due to it needing a good scrubbing after other guests. I probably would not choose to book with A1 again because they should have offered us an alternative that was within walking distance. I know we could have declined but honestly the issues couldn't be understood until experienced and it dragged us down.”

“Very nice place and the location was pretty good. Little far from the beach for me, but the girlfriend was fine with it. Place was clean and we had everything we needed. Short drive to several good places to eat. Only issue was the A/C. It was warm (74 degrees) when I arrived. Turned it down to 70 degrees and took over twelve hours to cool down. All week long the A/C was under performing. I made A1 aware of the issue. Hope it's resolved before the next guest arrives. But was a very nice place and would consider staying again.”

“Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation here. The location and views are amazing. The couch and beds were comfy. The balcony is fantastic. Ocean view from almost every room, walking distance to the boardwalk, and steps from the beach. We would love to stay here again!”

“The condo unit was cleaned well. The view, and location are great! Bedspreads appear aged and faded. Some of the furniture is scratched up and aged. It didn’t impact our stay but just an observation to compare to pricing. The building overall has a lot of dogs in other units which is causing the stairwell to smell pretty bad. So not an ideal climb up 3 flights on a hot day. Overall our family had a great stay!”
