“This home easily fit 7 of us for a weekend away. The common space was great for playing games and hanging out together. Unfortunately I did not find the value of the stay to be worth it. We encountered a handful of issues (hot tub not heating properly, grill did not work, mildew smell in the basement). That being said, the hosts were very responsive when we brought problems to their attention. The team dispatched someone to fix the hot tub the next day and later offered to help us locate a new propane tank. When selecting this Airbnb we were willing to pay this price for the amenities and were disappointed when we were not able to fully enjoy them. Also note that you’ll be charged $75/day to heat the pool. We must have missed that part of the listing when we booked.”

“We had the best time here with our extended family. The home is beautiful and the upstate place team has done a great job with little extra touches to make the experience feel fun and special. They are also very easy to communicate with and responsive. The pool is beautiful and well designed as well as the new deck and hot tub setup. Can’t say enough good things. We may book this same house again in the future! Thank you!”

“We stayed in this house with our extended family (including dogs) in late July. The house comfortably accommodated everyone and the kids loved being able to use the pool when the weather was nice, and made use of the little library upstairs and games when we had rain. The team was very responsive when we had questions throughout the process and during our stay. We found the house was really conveniently located to hiking and kayaking and nearby towns and we had a really pleasant and positive experience.”

“Anna and her team have created a beautiful space with all of the amenities you could think of. They are even working to update their decking, and have curated a seamless indoor outdoor space to ensure guests can find any space to enjoy their property. They have very clear instructions, proactive with providing information during your stay, and a thorough recommendation guidebook. The pool, hot tub, and communal indoor areas were pristine and comfortable. We would 1000% book again!”
