“This was such a lovely home! Anna and the team were incredibly accommodating, especially when we had some last-minute changes to our stay. They truly went above and beyond to help us, which we really appreciated. The house itself is beautiful and well-equipped, with great, high-quality appliances throughout. My ONLY wish would be for a larger bed in the primary bedroom. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home!”

“We rented this house because my son loves fly fishing, and it’s only about 10 minutes from Roscoe Trout Town USA. My parents, my brother and his three children, and my family all stayed for the weekend, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids had a great time playing soccer with the net and ball provided, enjoying the axe throwing game and ping pong table, and especially relaxing in the hot tub. This is a wonderful house for a family getaway while still being close to town and some great fishing. Ana and her team were excellent very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“This house is simply magical: it is peaceful, it is tranquil and the setting is just magnificent. The two weeks I spent there revived me completely. I arrived shattered after a year of non stop work and personal loss and I have come away with renewed purpose. More than ever is the spectacular care from the Anna, Sabrina and the whole team, Renee…. And of course Dawn and Reggie and Ed who arrived immediately to fix anything I needed. “We had a great one-night stay in Roscoe. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was easy from check-in to checkout, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was the perfect little escape, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!”

“The Upstate Team were very helpful & provided some ADA items for us. They addressed any concern very quickly and did so with a smile. Their communication was excellent but, I would suggest using their StarLink wi-fi and set your phone to "wifi calling" to have an adequate signal there. Its a long drive up the driveway and about as smooth as a NYC avenue... Be careful as we encountered a very large buck who decided to stroll along there. The house is very nicely set amongst the trees with a lot of acreage around it. The house is nice with plenty of room to spare. Although we went during the summer (for a break from the Florida heat), I'd imagine it would be an ideal ski house. I liked the Japanese style sliding panels that 'close off' the bedrooms and shield the windows. The TV in the living area is a good size and has some available ports (HDMI etc.) so you may connect a laptop to catch up on your favs. Overall, it was a lovely time and everyone enjoyed it”
