“House was in a perfect location to take advantage of Keuka Lake and all of the local wineries, breweries etc. We found a fantastic 9 hole golf course with a great bar and restaurant(open all year) - “Arrowhead Creek” to offer even more options. The home was a terrific space and the bedrooms - all had queen size beds and large spacious rooms. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We’ll be back!”

“Happy with the stay, it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We had 7 people and had enough room for everyone, place was clean, walking distance to everything Penn Yan has to offer. Kitchen is a bit small, but very manageable. Overall, it is a nice, clean place to stay and we had no issues at all.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Fairly's. It was a great location in Penn Yan for easy walks to the market at Morgan's with it local hometown vibe as well as other great restaurants along the main street. We visited the local wineries, so this was a great location for those located around Keuka Lake. We also really enjoyed revisiting our childhood arcade games with the table top arcade machine - Ms. Pac Man never gets old! The house was spacious, clean, and provided the right amount of comforts for our long weekend.”
