“Had a lovely time in Livingston Manor with some friends for a city get away! We were looking for a lake retreat where we could relax and take things slow and this was the perfect place to do just that. The house was in a lovely location and really well stocked with everything we needed. We had some minor plumbing issues throughout the trip, but the host was very communicative and made sure to send someone over to help fix them. The walking trail to the lake through the forest was beautiful and something we looked forward to each day. The lake itself is very quiet, we practically had it to ourselves most days. The walk is a little longer than expected, but each access point is also accessible via car if planning to spend all day at the lake. Overall, a lovely place to stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing upstate weekend!”
