“Very quiet and private with screened porch and beautiful views, sunset and sunrise. Compact but very adequate for two. Easy drive to Taos and the Enchanted Circle, among other things. Fairly was gracious, friendly, helpful, easy to reach, and quickly responsive.”

“We stayed at the cabin for 16 days in July. The cabin is a perfectly sized place for two, but can accommodate more people. The location couldn’t be more quiet and peaceful. If you like staying in a remote place surrounded by forest and mountains, this is your place. The downside of such a remote location is that you will need to drive to find places for dining and shopping. Arroyo Seco is about 10 minutes away, and downtown Taos about 20 minutes. The outside pick nick table is perfect for breakfast and dinner, but it would be nice to have a second table and chairs on the patio. The patio is screened in which seemed unnecessary at first. However, it allowed us to leave the cabin door open without having to worry about bugs getting into the cabin. Finally, the dirt road from Highway 230 to the cabin has a very steep section which takes a bit to get used to at first.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our family reunion—close to our family while still feeling private and peaceful. The home was very comfortable, and the bed was comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the screened-in front porch, where we could enjoy the amazing views and the outdoors without the bugs. It was also a treat to see the friendly deer that stopped by each morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again!”
