“This was a great stay! The host was communicative and helpful. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was easy to get in and out. I would stay here again for my next stay in Albuquerque.”

“Great communication, very nice place. Will stay again next visit if possible.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay at Evan’s place. Convenient location for the balloon fiesta. Plenty of options for nearby restaurants and parks if you have kids. Home was very nice and open with lots of space and light. We enjoyed spending time on the private patio and backyard. Beds were very comfortable as well! Evan was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!”

“The place was spotless and easy to find. They were very patient and responsive when I was having trouble finding the check in information (I overlooked it). The location was perfect for the Balloon Fiesta. We could watch balloon ascension from the back yard or enjoy the balloon park and only had about 20-25 minutes to drive between the Airbnb, airport and balloon Fiesta. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great visit during balloon fest. The home was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Check in was easy and the host was very good at communicating with us. We would stay there again.”
