“We had a wonderful time and couldn't ask for anything more. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach with great sunsets! The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely book it again!”

“It’s a lovely house with an amazing location. However, there were problems from start to finish: the electronic door lock had not been programmed correctly, so we couldn’t get in at first and had to go pick up physical keys instead; half of the beach chairs were broken; a huge leak sprung under the kitchen sink, and a plumber had to come by; finally, the gutters were clearly full because rainwater came streaming out of the gutter into a window (through an AC unit!), so we had to clean that up and couldn’t use that AC for the rest of our stay. Oh, and the living room and downstairs bathroom both smelled pretty funky. In all cases, Joseph responded very quickly and addressed the issues sufficiently; however, we were still very disappointed that the house has been so poorly maintained. Moreover, we didn’t receive anything at all in recompense for all this trouble—not so much as a “sorry.””

“Everything was great with Joseph and Mariah. They communicate very well and were fantastic to work with. Our main issue was with the house itself. It needs some maintenance and should be better prepared to comfortably accommodate five guests. While it can technically sleep five people, it is not very comfortable for five, especially with only one shower and a drain that takes a long time to evacuate the water. The most critical issue for us, however, was cleanliness. There was a lot of dust underneath the furniture and on the window shades. The owner needs to invest a little more in the house to make it more comfortable and better suited for five guests. With some maintenance and a more thorough cleaning, it could be a much better experience.”
