Seacoast 2 Summit in Seabrook, New Hampshire

“The house was beautiful with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. The dining area was great for our family and we enjoyed a great meal from Ceal’s Clam Shack on the deck. We didn’t sit out back much because most of our time was spent on the beach, but the outdoor furniture was super comfortable. The house has plenty of parking and the beach entrance is just across the street. This location at Seabrook Beach is quiet and absolutely stunning. We’d love to return next summer!”

“The beach house is beautiful, very close to the beach, and in a great location. The home itself was nice, but the upkeep and property management experience were disappointing. Many window and slider screens were damaged, making it difficult to leave doors open without bugs getting inside. We also found several child-safety and cleanliness concerns, including dog waste in the backyard, a detached outdoor shower door, and exposed screws and hardware. We paid for early check-in, but the top-floor A/C was not working upon arrival, and maintenance entered the home while we were unpacking without prior notice. Additional A/C issues required multiple maintenance visits and some frustrating communication regarding scheduling and access. To their credit, the A/C problems were ultimately resolved, and we were able to use it for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the property and location were great, but better maintenance and management would have made for a much better experience.”

“Beautiful house and location. Nice fenced in backyard. Easy walk to a beautiful section of beach. We noticed some maintenance issues and AC not functioning while we were there, which at this price point should have been taken care of before our arrival. Sean was very responsive and made an attempt to get things functional. Unfortunately the maintenance guy couldn't fix it and the HVAC guy didn't show up during arrival window. Assuming things are fixed, I would definitely recommend staying here.”
