“Beautiful location. Other guests or residence on the first and third floors were no problem. Outdoor Grille was clean and gas tank was full. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. I only gave four stars because it was advertised as a queen bed but actually it’s only a full bed.”

“Julie’s place was great for our family of four. We loved that it was across from the ocean and it was a perfect beach for us during low tide! Really appreciated the chairs and beach toys! The home itself was basic but very comfortable and suitable for our needs. Loved the deck and grill! Julie was very helpful and easygoing. The only possible downside is the lack of privacy, as there are 4 separate rental units on the property. It was fine for us but if you’re looking for a more private location it might not be ideal. But overall a great stay!”

“The view is beautiful. The apartment is in need of maintenance and updating, especially the master bath. I am hoping the host will think about things people need for their stay and put them in the apartment. For some things we were told to go downstairs to the owner’s closet to get them. Other things, like hand soap and coffee, we had to buy. When we arrived, it was very cold and we were told that the heat and fireplace had apparently been turned off. I hope this review will encourage the owners to spend a night or two there to really give thought to how to make it an awesome stay. The place has the bones of a fantastic spot and I hope this review enhances the stay for the next lessee.”
