“We had a fantastic time here!! Great location right across from the beach! You can see the sunrise from your balcony! We definitely would book again!”

“The location was prefect for the beach access. However in October there is not good lighting getting from the house to the parking area and it can be a bit weary. Other than that, the house itself was great and met the description as well as the host being responsive!”

“Sean's place was the perfect location for my friends and I as we were running the Smuttynose. The instructions to get inside, how to find the location were clear, and it was clean and as described. However, we specifically booked this location with the expectation of two on site parking spots as listed. One garage and one spot in the lot on property(#6). We filled out the pre-booking info with the car information, Sean even reached out the day before asking for car information. He informed us there was construction on the property but said they were confirming car info due to their vehicles. Nothing else. When we arrived our spot had construction equipment in it, with numerous other free spots. We reached out to Sean he first told us to park in the garage, forgetting one car was already there and then had us moved off property to a gravel lot down the street, not on property. Something he NEVER communicated to us at any point until we reached out during check in. Not ok with that.”

“Overall we had a good stay. The house was very cute and the location was great. We did run into an issue with parking that was ultimately resolved, although the solution wasn’t ideal. We also asked about the possibility of a late checkout and were told we’d hear back, but unfortunately never received a response.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Hampton. The location was peaceful as it is just off from the hustle and bustle of the strip but easily walkable to the beach and strip at anytime. The home was clean with a lovely beach vibe. The private back deck and two spacious sunrooms are such a relaxing addition to this already magnificent location.”
