“Overall this home is excellent, great location and is easily walkable to a beautiful private beach area. We had an issue with the dishwasher during our stay that made it a bit inconvenient but I do understand homes have issues and they can’t be resolved immediately. The home also had a smoke alarm issue during the stay where it was beeping and while we could silence it, it didn’t stay silent the whole stay. Just giving people a heads up, that while the home and location are excellent, we did have some minor issues during the stay but nothing major.”

“We all loved this house! Our family stayed here for a long 60th birthday celebration, with guests ranging from 7 months to 86 years. The furniture, lighting, and all decor was very upscale. Beautiful kitchen. There was lots of room for all to move around. We enjoyed the private beach one day, and the home was a great location for taking in all of Tahoe.”

“Everything went great with our stay at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a pool table, air hockey table and a hot tub to soak up any free time. The only thing, and not a negative, is to be prepared on hot days up in the Sierras. Many houses do not have air conditioners, so additional fans and opening windows are necessary. Luckily the night brings cool mountain air to keep you cool as you sleep. Fantastic place to stay and would definitely consider it again.”

“This was a perfect holiday home for a multi family stay. The neighborhood of zephyr heights is so so so peaceful. We adored the peace and quiet and lazy afternoon strolls around the local streets before dinner. We had three families stay in this home and the lounge and outdoor areas accommodated us for the summer stay. Everything in the listing is as advertised. The agents are pretty strict on check in times so no getting in earlier ahead of time if you’re a family that sometimes gets to a destination ahead of time.”
