“Views in the house of the lake are unreal, truly breathtaking. House equipped with everything you’d need in terms of kitchen items. You have direct access to the lake through the house, which was amazing to go out swimming and paddle boarding. Balcony with beautiful sunset views. TV room small, with small couch. No AC, so was quite warm during the day but all the rooms have fans. Neighborhood quiet and very nice! Very close to supermarket and target if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Pinewild condos are a great place to stay and this unit was very nice. Beautiful kitchen, great bbq, very comfortable beds, nicely furnished and decorated. Easy walk to the dock and beach.”

“Brandon is a fantastic host. Our friends and I enjoyed our time there. Here is what I enjoyed the most: - Brandon is great at communication. Great detailed instructions. - Private beach access is awesome! - Community feels safe Here is what was meh: - We had three cars. This listing only allowed one parking on premises and with another complimentary parking a mile away and rest at a paid parking lot. The parking shenanigans was a lot of inconvenience for us personally with kids. If you have one car, this is perfect. - The house and amenities as such are 3 star hotel at best. Don't expect a premium setting. For ex, the shower door doesn't shut entirely (not a big deal, but for the money you pay you expect some upgrades) Overall we liked our time. Is it worth $1k per night? I don't think so, I would definitely pay $600 at max. But if beach access is your priority, I don't think you have a better listing than this at Tahoe.”
