“This stay was completely unacceptable. The house was dirty, had a strong mold/mildew smell, and there was visible mold along the floorboards. My kids were coughing throughout our stay because of the smell. The beds were also visibly dirty, with sand, dirt, and debris on the bedding. There weren’t even enough clean towels for our group. This was not a matter of the home simply needing a little extra cleaning—the condition of the property was unacceptable and raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. We are requesting a refund due to the condition of the home upon arrival.”
