We purposely booked this place for a washer and dryer while on a work trip. After trying to use the washer, we reported that it was not functioning properly. They told us that it is not working currently and that they did not need to disclose to us upon booking that they had a broken laundry unit, just that they had one. Even though the listing stated having a washer and dryer in the amenities. They proceeded to send strangers to “repair” the unit at all hours of the day and night without communicating to us that people were coming and giving us attitude when people arrived to find the house locked if we were out. A maintenance person was there one night unit after 9PM and another couple showed up a couple days later at 8PM. No notice. We had to stay for a week and the unit was never properly repaired. Their communication was very poor. I do not recommend staying here.

I was here for 7 months. It was very pleasant. The ‘Short Stays’ people were extremely prompt in replying to my communications with them, and very accommodating. I was here during Reno’s Hot Air Balloon event in early September, and it was very exciting to see the balloons right from the balcony. In fact, on the first full day of my stay, a balloon flew past close enough to talk to the pilot and passengers … The view of downtown Reno was stunning, even at night when the lights came on, and the occasional fireworks displays in town were very nice to watch. In addition to the views, the location is quite convenient to shopping and restaurants, and hiking in the hills just west of the condo complex - with a very nice hike over to the “Nevada N”. I will definitely return here the next time I’m in Reno!
