Swell in Whitefish, Montana

“The home spotless and the host was very responsive and loudest to enter the house about an hour earlier than check-in. The biggest issue with this house is privacy. If you want to use the hot tub it’s very close to the neighbor who also has a hot tub they are basically right on top of each other. The shades in the home do not cover the windows completely and it needs drapes throughout to help with privacy. It’s also very close to train tracks so you hear the train at night. The location is fantastic. you’re only a couple blocks from town and it’s very easy to walk to and from the house to the shops and restaurants in whitefish unfortunately for us privacy was more important and we did not feel like there was privacy in this home. The host was super nice and the place was very clean. We just wish there was more privacy.”

“Sweet little house-- pristine from top to bottom when we arrived. We found the firm beds to be perfect after long days of hiking and kayaking. Everything you need and nothing you don't- we appreciated the lack of clutter. The space in the house is utilized well. The front yard is quiet and lovely. Hosts reached out periodically and proactively -- very friendly. We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but everything appeared to be in working order during our stay. If we return, we'll reserve it again!”

“The place was great! It was clean and looked nice. I also love how close it is to downtown so we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. I also loved all the recommendations the owners provided. It's super helpful to get a local opinion when traveling to new places! The only off thing was there was a weird smell in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. I let the owners know and they were very apologetic and understanding about it.”

“Spectacular location! The home is within easy walking distance of charming downtown Whitefish, making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and local atmosphere. The recommendations provided by the host were a wonderful bonus and helped us make the most of our stay. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the off-street parking in the back, which gave us a secure place to park our Harleys. One additional recommendation for anyone who enjoys art is to visit Stumptown Art Studio. It was a wonderful way to spend a rainy, relaxing day painting pottery. If you're traveling, they'll even ship your finished piece home, making it a fun and easy souvenir to take with you. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb and the Swell Property Management to anyone visiting Whitefish.”

“Had an amazing stay here in Whitefish while we visited glacier national park. Host was very responsive and offered helpful recommendations for the town of Whitefish as well as for the national park. Self Check in and check out procedures were very smooth and host offered detailed and easy to follow instructions. One of the only negatives I was concerned about reading other reviews was the house’s proximity to the railroad, however I can say during the night I wasn’t awoken by the passing trains once, nor was it a bother during the day. If I was staying in Whitefish to visit Glacier or ski nearby, I would absolutely stay here again.”
