“We loved everything about our stay. Adam provided a baby gate for the little ones, a pack and play, and was very welcoming on our kiddos. The place was just amazing overall, with a beautiful view.”

“Great place to stay near Table Rock Lake! Home was beautifully furnished and welcoming. Spacious enough for multiple families to spread out. House and furnishings are exactly as described in the listing. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the game room!! Really appreciated all of the proactive communication and information from Adam and his team. If you are traveling with baby/toddlers, then Adam has provided all of the gear you will need! We just wish we had a few more days here to fully enjoy the house, kayaks, and property!!”

“The house was SUPER prepared for large families! The kitchen alone had everything imaginable (electric griddle, crock pot, kids tableware, blender, tons of baking dishes, serving dishes) needed to cook and feed our party of 14. But bring your own spices for cooking. Most of the bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. (The downstairs king bed was VERY firm) The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The water pressure did leave much to be desired though. The top floor living and dining area were open and had plenty of seating for quiet early morning coffee, and chaotic family uno battles. The bottom floor living room was comfortable and great for the kids with the games and air hockey table! FYI: The pools nearby do not provide towels. The only downside is that you have to travel about 20-25 minutes almost any time you leave to get to any nearby attractions, stores, or restaurants, but that's no fault of the rental owners. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental!”

“House was exactly as described, very clean, bed were SO comfortable and the whole neighborhood was very nice! Something in the water heater needed replaced while we were there and it was fixed reasonably quick!”
