“This was my second stay at this property, and really enjoyed bringing the family back. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in such a beautiful location. The lake view and peaceful atmosphere were a big part of why we chose to return and bring my family this time, so arriving to find scaffolding directly in front of the balcony definitely took us by surprise and was disappointing, and a ongoing project. The management company was responsive, kind, and communicative when we reached out about the unexpected view, and we appreciated how professionally they handled our concerns. We would absolutely consider staying here again and look forward to seeing the completed renovations and enjoying that beautiful lake view on a future visit. If we had been aware prior to the booking it was actively under renovations, we would’ve booked elsewhere. Tried our best to make the best of it, for our family summer vacation.”
