Grand Welcome Lake of the Ozarks in Gravois Mills, Missouri

“The place was great and provided the perfect peaceful getaway! A wonderful view, lake floaties, kayaks, dock access. Also close to some good food just about 15 minutes away and lots of thrift/antique stores in Laurie. I will caution they do have some steep stairs in the house as I am sure many of the houses do in this area as they are designed. So just be cautious of that if you have small kids, elderly , or are clumsy.”

“The place was very well advertised, host was super responsive to any questions I had. When getting there instructions to get in were very clear and departure instructions were also very clear. The place was clean and organized and ready for us in arrival as well as a little care package of beach towels/some pantry items as well. The photos don’t do it justice just how spacious the whole house is, the rooms have energy beds for everyone to sleep as well as multiple couches for people to crash on, lots of open space in the living room, and kitchen. Parking is a little tricky but is well advertised that it can hold up to 4 vehicles so plan accordingly. Appliances were well kept and easy to use, couches and all furniture was comfy and well kept as well.”

“We have rented here before. Very nice place and with the bunkhouse made it nice for the two older boys. lots of amenities for the lake, including kayaks, large swim mat, cornhole game, etc. Very nice dock with four lounge chairs and a fish cleaning table. The beds are really nice with nice linens which you don’t find a lot of places. Fishing on Friday was excellent. Saturday not so good😬. Probably all the boats!”

“We were very pleased with this home. The location was great. They had a very nice dock which we were able to tie our boat to and the view of the lake from the dock was great to watch beautiful sunsets. Liked the location near the Gravois Arm of the lake where we did the majority of our boating. The open floor plan and the nice patio with cushioned patio furniture worked out well for our group. Our only complaint was that 2 of the bedrooms only contained a bed, no other furniture. It would have been nice to have a night stand, small dresser and a mirror which we think are basics for a rental property.”
