“We had a wonderful week at Happy House 59! The dock was a great place to enjoy the lake, whether that was swimming or using the house’s kayaks and paddleboard. The house itself was spacious enough for our group to move around comfortably without feeling crowded. There were many amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable, including the provided spices, Blackstone grill, fire pit, karaoke machine, and variety of board games. We would stay again! However, I would like to mention that some details in the listing were not entirely clear to us. The listing indicated there was 15 beds. However there was only 11 beds that include 1 King, 3 Queen, 4 beds plus a slide out bed in the bunk room, and 2 single beds in the trundle chairs. Also when we arrived, we noticed the single beds listed in each room are actually air mattresses. Additionally, upon arrival, only one of the air mattresses that were supposed to be provided was available, and it was stored under the downstairs couch ottoman.”

“We have stayed in the Ozarks frequently for many years and this place by far was the most amazingly peaceful place we have ever stayed !! The house, property, and the cove all amazing! We will definitely be back soon!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us!!”

“The house was clean and very up-to-date. Plenty of room for a large group of people! The dock was also large enough for a big group and the TV on the dock was an added bonus. Some of the included beds better suit younger guests. Recommend being mindful of parking as space is limited. Would recommend this house to friends and family, great stay!”
