We had to call and request a plumber because the hot water wasn’t working… and that was because the hardware wasn’t on properly. Kids and cold showers do not mix. Can’t be in the pool after 10, which is kind of a bummer for adults.”

I did have concerns that someone entered the unit to change the air filter while I was there without any prior notification—wouldn’t have been an issue if I’d known they were coming, but as a solo female traveler that’s a safety concern that left me feeling uneasy.”
