“Quiet area that’s was perfect for getting away for the week. We booked Tuesday to Saturday and found lots of areas to explore in the surrounding areas. Hosts were on vacation but still communicated about everything we needed. Didn’t get to meet the famous Mocha- maybe next time. Thanks!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, one of our best ever. Everything is so very well decorated and maintained inside and out. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying our coffee in the morning and at night watching the sunset. Bob and Karen and their sweet dog, Mocha, are terrific hosts. They are so very friendly and responsive and it was fun to hear the history of the unit we stayed in. We also enjoyed the hiking trails on the property and cycling on the gravel roads in the beautiful countryside. There is plenty to see and do in town, including the Sinclair Lewis boyhood home, the museum at the library, visiting the Palmer House hotel. Our favorite restaurant was Jitters. Terrific food and coffee! There is also canoeing, bicycling, swimming, and so much more exploring to do around the area. We would certainly stay here again and plan to soon.
