“Property well laid out. Many spaces available to "get away." Great dock. Very nice landscaping. Great view of the lake from the deck. Kitchen is well stocked. Excellent resonse to our numerous issues ... including no coffee maker (and no coffee) on first morning; lift from dock to house initially did not work until we realized one or more emergency stop buttons had been pushed prior to our arrival; dock surfaces were completely coated with Sea Gull poop when we first arrived but was cleaned throughly the next day; water heater quit working on Sunday so we had no hot water Sunday night or Monday morning for showers due to lack of preventive maintenance; electric power went out in the entire area Monday evening for 100+ homes while cooking dinner (no fault of property owner). Plan B was to go to nearby Quarterdeck restaurant for evening meal. Underground wasp nest near lower level swings: 3 people and dog were stung. After reporting, extirminator came next day to spray nest.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house in Nisswa! We’ve been visiting Lower Cullen Lake for nearly 20 years to spend time with friends, so having the opportunity to stay here was such a treat. The home was perfect for our group of five adults and two kids, who especially loved the bunk room. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. We loved the cozy cabin feel paired with a clean, updated mid-century modern aesthetic. The downstairs family room was a great gathering space, and we made good use of the kayaks, paddleboard, and the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was seamless, communication with the host was excellent, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway.”

“Loved the location. Close to downtown Nisswa. Lake was quiet and peaceful. Spent most of our time on the dock/pontoon swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Lake is a bit rocky so I would recommend bringing water shoes. Lake is very clean and water was the perfect temperature. Cabin itself was well stocked and the layout was perfect. Will definitely be back and would recommend this lake home.”

“What a wonderful place! Probably the nicest place we’ve stayed at on Gull Lake. House is very designer oriented, no corners were cut with the interior design. We set out around the fire pit every morning overlooking the lake. Wonderful.”
