“This host saved the day when our previous reservation fell through last minute. Responded promptly to assure us the place was ready immediately, and it was the soft place to land we were looking for. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable, there was coffee and spices in the fully stocked kitchen. Any question I had was answered promptly and kindly. My only small gripe was being contacted multiple times via the app and my phone number following checkout while driving home asking me to leave a glowing review, which I’d already confirmed planning to do. Overall, fantastic experience, extremely accommodating host, felt very at home! Highly recommend.”
