“You can't beat the location. You can walk to everything and we rented bikes and biked to the state park beach (30 minute bike ride). If you want to spend time in downtown, this is a nice large location. The living room is bigger than it appears in pictures. Large family or multiple couples will have space for hanging out/games etc. each bedroom is a nice comfortable size.”

“Good smells as it is above the pizza restaurant. Very spacious kitchen, living, dining area. Matt was quick to respond to messages and the instruction booklet on parking and departing were very clear. Will plan to rent again next year!”
