“This adorable cottage is actually even more charming in person. Upon arriving I immediately felt at home, so warm and cozy! The outdoor shower was a treat (even in Oct), hot water and great pressure. Enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the open kitchen. But also, don’t miss Mad Martha’s for a home cooked meal. I would rebook in a heartbeat.”

“Loved staying at this lovely beach house. Everything was very clean and worked well. Had everything we needed. this place has it down to the finer details. Sean is super responsive and helpful if you need anything! A couple of great places to eat that are walking distance, the beach is right there! Beautiful places to go walking. So close to Newbury/port. Definitely hope to return sometime!”

“Great bungalow on Plum Island, steps to the beach. Sean gave very clear instructions and even sent a video showing how and where to park at the place. The place had coffee and creamer stocked already. Everything was super clean. Laundry worked great in the unit. Big comfy couch and TV and kitchen/dining area. Highly recommend.”

“High school girls weekend! Our 20-25 years of October weekend away! This checked so many boxes and fit all 9 (1) one was sick unfortunately and couldn’t come. Walking, shopping and dining downtown to beautiful visit to Parker River Wildlife refuse which was breathtaking and the visit to the Sunset Cafe! Lucy’s on Plum island bakery became a favorite for a Latte! The house was very clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to have fabulous weather for walks and sunrise views! Deck was a big plus! Coming back next year !!! Big hit! Thanks👍”
