“The house was charming and in a central but private location for Falmouth. The basement had great amenities for our young kids, and Falmouth is a perfect town for young families. The only thing to note was there are multiple staircases in the house. The host was amazing with communication before, during, and after our trip which was greatly appreciated. The house also had plenty of beach toys and chairs that we were able to use daily. Providing laundry detergent was also a win! We tried the neighborhood beach which was nice but we preferred the Falmouth heights beach.”

“This was a great house for a week on the Cape with 2 families! We loved that it was so close to both town and the beaches. The hosts were very responsive. It would’ve been helpful for us to have window shades in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds as it got very sunny and warm in that room. Other than that it was perfect! The kids really enjoyed the basement playroom and the neighborhood is lovely.”

The location was perfect for exploring Cape Cod, but honestly, one of the best parts of our trip was simply spending time together here. Life gets busy, and this home gave our family the chance to slow down, reconnect, laugh, and make memories we’ll cherish for years to come. The hosts clearly take great pride in their property, and it shows in every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return the next time we’re in Falmouth.
