“Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, well stocked, free of clutter, and spotless. There was even a shed in the yard where we could park our bikes. The location was outstanding--near beaches and ponds, the bike trail, and places to eat. And communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!”

The home was beautifully decorated and had everthing we could possibly need …from a well appointed kitchen, to all of the beach equipment, to all of the bathroom toiletries and towels…it was all top notch. Our family was very comfortable and your proximity to the bike trail was just icing on the cake. We plan to return to your property on Kingsbury Beach Road on our next trip to the Cape.”

“We stayed for a week with our almost 4-year old. As such, the best aspects of this rental for us was the proximity to a pond, the bay, and the bike path. The road on which the house is located is very quiet - all the way to the bay (about a mile), which made it feel very easy to bike there. We also felt safe having our young son ride his bike to the bike path, 2 houses down the road. The large shed was great - we kept our bikes and our bike trailer inside it and used some of it's offerings (yard games and beach items). FYI, they have several beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, a medium-sized cooler, and that game with velcro paddle/mitts and a ball for the beach. We really appreciated the ceramic Green Pans for cooking (no scratched up non-stick!) They had a coffee grinder and pot, as well as Keurig, and provided coffee for both. We did wish they had a better cutting board and lamps for the living room, which we will suggest to them. They were VERY responsive and friendly.”

“This home was perfect for three! Management was responsive and made the overall experience easeful by thinking of everything one might need while away from home. No need to bring linens, towels, chairs, kayak, paddle-board or peddle boat. It is fully stocked, which I appreciated immensely. It felt more like a 4 star hotel but is private and very quiet.”
