“We had a great week long stay in Dennis at this property. The host was very responsive and the home was wonderful. It is about a 5 minute walk to corporation beach at the Howe St entrance (there is also a parking lot there for $35/day but we never used it because it was such an easy walk). The home itself was equipped with excellent family friendly items such as pack and play, kids plates, baby forks and spoons etc. we also REALLY appreciated all the little accommodations on site like zip lock bags, olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, coffee, cream and sugar! Rooms were perfect sized for our party. We loved the fenced back yard and outdoor deck with grill and HEATED outdoor shower—-kids had fun rinsing off there while we had dinner which was very convenient. The house itself is also very close within 5 mins of Smugglers ice cream, cape cod creamery, and Sesuit harbor cafe which we frequented often. This is definitely a property we will recommend to others and book again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Dennis at the Genoa! The location was perfect, literally steps from the beach and right behind a great local restaurant with tons of personality (had breakfast and dinner there!). We were also just a quick 3–5 minute drive from so many other great restaurants, shops, and activities for the whole family. The house itself was perfect for a Cape Cod getaway, and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus after a day at the beach. We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back! Also, our hosts were super responsive and accommodating!”

“The location is amazing! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream with a short drive to Harwich Port. Communication was very prompt and thorough, except for when a washing machine was delivered and installed without warning. The kitchen is listed as fully stocked but there is only one cookie sheet and the pans are small, so if you plan to cook for a crowd you may want to plan accordingly. Otherwise the house was more spacious than expected and the location was worth it!”
