“We lived in this apartment for seven weeks with two young children. The apartment is located near several hospitals and public transportation stops. Alex was excellent at communicating with us. He responded quickly and was always friendly and helpful, even when we had complaints. Any issues in the apartment were quickly resolved by the building maintenance staff. In our opinion, the apartment is in need of renovation; it needs to be refurnished and thoroughly cleaned. The walls urgently need to be painted, and the floor needs to be repaired in many places. Much of the furniture is old, broken, and dirty. It’s livable, but we didn’t feel comfortable there with our children. Upon our arrival, the apartment was very dirty. Alex tried to find a solution. Ultimately, however, the compensation we received was ridiculous given the high rent and all the inconveniences.”

“Really enjoyed our two month stay with Boston Corporate. The location is great, right by MGH and two subway routes. Walkable to the main city areas such as boston common, newbury street etc. Host is incredible, very responsive and helpful. Apartment was in great, very spacious and beautiful view on the city ans Esplanade. Amenities of gym, study area are really modern and nice. Lobby is very friendly and makes you feel safe in the building! Thank you very much was an absolutely amazing stay!!”
