“For the price that was paid, linens and paper products should be included. The unit also needs to be upgraded. It seemed that most things we tried to use (blinds, lamps, ottoman, etc.) were already broken. I would not stay in this unit again.”

“We took a chance on this unit, not having reviewed, but figured it was similar to other units in the complex. It was obvious that this unit had not been checked on as there was a fruit fly infestation, a broken lamp, found meds on floor, half of the bedroom blinds were broken, so it was bright in the bedroom, and the closet was full of stuff and was challenging to hang up clothes. A roll of toilet paper to start would be nice. Entrance flooded during nor’easter made it very difficult to get in or out.”

“Holiday was great, friendly and responsive. The place itself was just much smaller and more run down than expected. The floors were very sandy and dirty and the coffee maker was so moldy that we wouldn’t use it. It definitely was not worth the $738 we paid for just 3 nights. We decided to get a hotel the last night, so we only stayed 2 nights. We would not book this unit again.”
