“Overall, we had a good stay and the property was a great fit for our group. The location was excellent and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, a significant water leak from the roof left the bedroom floor, bed, and belongings wet, making both unusable for the remainder of our stay. The plumber inspected, but no explanation or solution was provided, and we were unable to reach a resolution with the host regarding the issue. Based on the host’s responses, it also seemed like this may have happened before, which was concerning. Aside from the water issue, we enjoyed the property, but the unresolved problem significantly impacted our stay.”

“Host was very responsive leading up to our trip with answering any questions we had. During the trip we had to contact the host for a breaker tripping on the 3rd floor and he was responsive within minutes to inform us where the panel was to turn it back on. Other than that, the location was great on 40th street with beautiful views of the beach.”
