“Quite an amazing place, located at the very tip of one of the small islands. The kitchen of the main house is amazing and has everything you can think of. I believe the owners use the property for themselves for part of the year so all kitchen appliances and equipment are top notch. The two smaller houses/cabins are charming and private.”

“great little cottage in a nice community. the neighbor was very helpful in finding and getting into the unit. the host was super communicative throughout our entire stay, making sure we weren't in need of anything. the unit itself was comfortable, if a little spartan on the amenities, but it made for a great place to kick back and relax after exploring the boothbay harbor area, including the town, the lighthouses, and the nearby botanical gardens. highly recommend the free trolley in boothbay harbor on the one-hour circuit for an entertaining and educational sightseeing experience! we would definitely consider the Little Nick for a future stay if back in the area.”

“Our family of six enjoyed our stay. The home was nestled away and had a very private feel, while also being close enough to enjoy Boothbay Harbor and the surrounding areas. It was a very nice, quiet retreat after being out and exploring. Our young children enjoyed walking the pathway to the resort & swimming in the pool. The one thing to note is the shared bathroom is downstairs, on the opposite side of the home. It was not a problem for us, but something for consideration! Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your beautiful home!”
