“Cozy was the perfect place for me and my family for six days! The check in process was extremely easy and the place was clean. It had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and in a great location. We were close to plenty of restaurants, dollar stores, and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay. My husband said we picked a perfect place. The beds were very comfortable. I love that i was able to cook breakfast for my family every morning and eat together without being on top of each other. It was fully stocked so we didnt have to call or buy things like tissue..paper towels (which ive had to do at other airbnbs). The small accommodations made our stay less stressful especially with us having to drive 3 hours to Iowa a few days out of stay. When we got back to the airbnb, it felt like home. The check out requirements were easy as well especially with us leaving at 6am. We truly enjoyed our stay and hoping we can stay again on our next trip to the area.”

“Loved it! Hosts were friendly and responsive, and were accommodating and flexible to our needs. Location was great, being close to the highway and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. Place was clean, well decorated, maintained, and peaceful. My wife and I can’t wait to come back.”

“This is the place you want to stay in! Its modern, private, its balconies give you access to outside without getting that anyone can walk up to the window feeling. Local food truck and pizza place less than a block away. Clean parking and driveway. The rooms and living space including amenities where exactly as described and made you feel right at home. Definitely check this place out if your in town! Also, I forgot my watch at their place and they have a lost and found system and they've already shipped it out to me. that really made me appreciate their thoughtfulness! So stay there with peace in mind!”

“Lovely do so quiet and spacious home. The place is pretty well located just few minutes from our Major things to go like movie theater, Ikea , Bowling lanes, Walmart, restaurants... etc The house was clean and very beautiful equipped modern kitchen with all you need to cook everything. The level of communication was beyond our expectations along with good sense of responsibility. Another big plus stays the basement and the backyard where me , my wife and kids spent a lot of time.”
